The poster boys of Belgian disco, Aeroplane, are longtime Let’s mix favourites. Now they’re back with another excellent studio session, brought to us by the good people at R.fm. Aeroplane’s February session features “good old New York garage and disco house feelings”, with artists like Black Van and Fern Kinney in the playlist.
A German producer with a slightly “French” sound, Kris Menace has been a huge influence on the electonic scene since the release of his and Lifelike’s house monster Discopolis in 2005.
In this excellent studio session, hosted by R.fm and featuring tracks from Oliver Koletzki, Metro Area and Aphex Twin, Kris Menace makes seemingly disparate productions join his signature sound: Sweet harmonies and big room, hands-in-the-air hooks.
London dubstep dominants D-Bridge and Instra:Mental are responsible for the next installment in Fabric London’s Live mix series, making it FabricLive’s 50th release. The mix is due in February, but a mix to promote the mix is already out! Listen below, courtesy of the good people over atR.fm.
