As the founder of Kompakt and one of Germany’s most acclaimed techno and tech house producers, he’s one of the seminal figures on the noughties European techno scene.

Since his first DJ gig on a West London pirate radio station in the mid 90’s, Asad Rizvi has played in clubs across five continents, including Fabric and The End (London), Pacha (Buenos Aires), Stereo (Montreal), Folies Pigales (Paris), Roxy & Mecca (Prague) and Crystal (Istanbul). On Friday March 19th Leeds based label Hessle Audio, known for crossover productions favoured by dubstep and techno DJ:s alike, host room three at FabricLive in London. This promo mix for Fabric by DJ duo Bruk showcases the typical Hessle sound – a dark, stripped-down, technoid rhythm clash. Blimey!
